Product Designer

As one of our Product Designers, you'll transform ideas into reality - from vision development to prototyping and implementation.
Working directly with designers, business experts, product managers, and engineers, you'll start with production execution and grow into creative ownership based on proven success. You'll continuously enhance our customer experience while collaborating on creative problem-solving initiatives.We seek a flexible, proactive team player with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Your role will involve close collaboration with core team members to raise the bar for financial product design.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Communication
Work side by side with our CEO
Bridge strategy with tactical execution
Document and communicate design rationale
Manage design communication between teams
Utilize design thinking methodology to approach problems in a human-centered way
Design Development
Execute production-quality designs while maintaining vision
Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
Transform innovative ideas into implementable solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Collaboration
Build strong relationships across distributed teams
Ensure effective design implementation
Manage projects within deadlines and budget
Requirements
Experience & Skills
5+ years of product design experience or related field
Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools
Strong knowledge of design systems and agile ways of working
Experience with fintech (preferred)
Technical Abilities
Design system development expertise
Strong attention to production detail
Project management capabilities
Communication
Excellence in remote collaboration
Clear written and verbal skills
Proven ability to build rapport across teams
Experience communicating design decisions
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
