Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Nolana’s platform.

• Own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.

• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve product usability and functionality.

• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the platform.

• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences that empower users.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech-focused environments.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with AI or machine learning products.

• Experience designing for developer tools or technical audiences.

• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with engineers.
