Lead Product Designer

Role Description

• Own complete product design vision & strategy

• Oversee end-to-end design process (from concepts to launch)

• Guide and mentor the design team

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals & roadmaps

• Establish and maintain a unified design system

• Drive user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years in UI/UX/Product Design

• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, etc.)

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
