Zack Birmingham

Hi! I’m Zack Birmingham and I’m a Western Massachusetts-based UX Designer with 7 years of experience designing for clients in the digital space. I am passionate about making connections to technology easier for everyday users, my approach to designing has always centered around the idea “this shouldn’t be hard.” By deepening empathy for users, we can make interfaces and applications both usable and accessible for everyone. I’ve worked with large corporations, like Hearst Magazines, smaller agencies, and non-profits to create user-centered deliverables that meet business and end-user goals. I am eager to take on new challenges and am constantly learning through resources like The Interaction Design Foundation. When I’m not designing, I enjoy vegan cooking, riding my bicycle, collecting records and playing music with local bands.
