I am an empathetic, versatile UX generalist. I am motivated by a need to make others’ lives better, whether they be my clients or my team.

My design work is an extension of something I’ve been doing my whole life as an actor and comedian: telling stories. Like a good story, design requires listening, creating, refining, and updating. That way it can benefit the people it means to serve. My attention to the stories of others and the creation of a common narrative is what drives me. It makes design a tool for the type of service leadership that I excel at.

Relevant skills include: UX research, UX design, UI design, UX writing, wireframes, card sorting, heuristics, competitive analysis, comparative analysis, affinity mapping, Figma, Trello, User-centered design, contextual inquiry, user scenarios, personas, journey mapping, information architecture, illustration and sketching, prototypes.
