Design is more than just aesthetics or functionality, it is also about empathy for the end-users. With experience in retail IT, I have built a deep empathy for users and a passion for designing solutions that meet their needs. I aim to create designs that are intuitive, easy to use, and accessible to everyone. I always put myself in the user's shoes when creating wireframes, prototypes, or visual designs to ensure that each aspect of the experience is designed in the best interest. I am constantly learning and looking for new ways to improve my skills to create empathic designs that make a difference in people's lives.
