Hello and welcome to my design portfolio! I am a certified technical writer, business analyst, and instructional designer, bringing over a decade of expertise in simplifying complex processes through visual storytelling with Microsoft Visio.
My journey began as a database developer where I dedicated myself to making apps and financial models user friendly, gamified, and sticky.

Over the past three years, I've immersed myself in the manufacturing industry, focusing on the optimization of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. This experience has not only honed my analytical skills but also deepened my understanding of the critical role that effective communication plays in system implementation and user training.

Now, as I pivot towards UX and eLearning, I am excited to apply my skills and experiences in new ways. My goal is to create digital content that demystifies enterprise software and mobile apps for managers, engineers, operators, SME's and other interested parties.
