Biography
I have been working for 20 years, and my last position was as Lead Product Designer. During this time, I faced various challenges that aided me in acquiring valuable qualitative and quantitative insights. I have worked alongside product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers.
In the last 9 years, I have focused on improving user experiences and have immersed myself deeply in the field of UX methodologies. I have acquired three international certifications from UXAlliance, and I have refined my skills through intensive coursework with the Nielsen Norman Group, earning two certifications. Additionally, I have achieved a distinguished certification as a UX Research Specialist, which has further enhanced my ability to comprehend user behavior and insights.
I am a UX/UI mentor at ADPList.org as I am passionate about supporting the UX community.
