Alfredo Goncalves

Hola, my name is Alfredo, and I'm a UX designer based in Porto. Having spent +10 years of my career working with international brands and agencies in the Latam market I’ve moved to the EU in search of new challenges and started my career as a UX designer.

After my first year in the country learning the language, was hired by BBG Ltd, a leading hospitality company that runs Bars & Hostels across 12 cities in Europe. Fast forward a couple of years and I had completed a 10-weeks User Experience program, delivered outstanding Marketing campaigns for UK & EU, led the way on redesigning 6 of our bars in the UK and building solid brand materials to be applied across multiple teams, I found myself leading our department after being promoted to Head of Design & UX, role which I'm currently performing.

My goal is to help companies growth organically by delivering products with an intuitive user experience and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. Design must not only look good it should serve a purpose!!
