WHAT’S INCLUDED 1:1 Discovery Call We’ll kick off our collaboration with a 1:1 discovery call. This meeting will allow us to get acquainted and help me understand your requirements and vision. User Flow With your vision in mind, I’ll create user flows that map out how users will navigate your product. This step ensures we design an intuitive experience aligned with your goals. Wireframes Next, I’ll design wireframes to provide an early visual of your product’s structure and functionality. You’ll be able to review the layout and flow before we proceed to a detailed design. Visual Designs Building upon the wireframes, I’ll craft the interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The designs will be made with attention to branding, typography, color schemes, and iconography to resonate with your audience. Design Iterations and Feedback Throughout the process, we will work together to fine-tune every detail. This iterative process ensures the final product aligns perfectly with your vision and objectives. Design system and Component Library I’ll create a comprehensive design system, including all reusable components (e.g., buttons, forms, navigation menus) and their various states (default, hover, active, disabled). This ensures consistency across pages and simplifies implementation for your development team. Animations I’ll incorporate animations where appropriate. These subtle movements will make the design feel more intuitive and engaging. Clickable Prototype If needed, I’ll create an interactive prototype so you can experience how the whole app or a particular flow will feel before development. Developer Handoff Finally, I’ll compile all design elements for your development team, including components, icons, colors, typography, and documentation. You’ll receive full access to the original Figma file, giving you 100% ownership of the design. MORE Task Management: I use Trello to organize tasks and keep projects on track with clear priorities, but I am open to joining other software if you have an established team and workflow there. Communication: Typically, after the kick-off call, most communication is done asynchronously using Slack or email. I like to use Loom to communicate better and keep the project moving fast while saving time by reducing the number of meetings FAQs What do you need from me to get started on the project? A clear understanding of your project goals, target audience, and specific requirements. If you have brand guidelines, logos, or references, feel free to share those too. How involved will I be in the design process? Your input is crucial. Regular check-ins and feedback ensure the designs align with your vision and goals. How many revisions can I request? Since the project follows a weekly pricing model, I provide unlimited revisions at any stage. Which software will be used to design the project? Figma Do you offer development services? No. I focus on just design. What if I want to update the design or add more screens after we finish the project? Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. I’m open to providing continuous support for projects at my current hourly rate. How do you handle confidential information? I take confidentiality seriously and am happy to sign an NDA if required. Your project details and any sensitive information will be handled with the utmost care and discretion.
