Theresa Williams

Hi, I'm Theresa Williams, a lettering artist from St. Louis, Missouri. With a background in both digital and analog practices, I love working with brands to give their stories a boost with some original, hand-spun typography.

A penchant for the handmade and a love of words led me to lettering. Stylistically, I like juxtaposition–old vs. new, bright colors on natural tones, bold vs. delicate. The contrast fascinates me! I have a reverence for old-school practices and all things handmade, especially letterpress posters and sign painting. I strive to honor these crafts in my letterforms.
