Q: What is your process?
A: First step is intro call. After Intro call with lead designer, we shall draw low fidelity wireframe for the design and get it approved. Then we shall create design based on the wireframe and get it approved.
Q: Which tool you use for design?
A: We use Figma, but if required we can also use Adobe Illustrator,Abobe Photoshop.Xd and many more.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: That depends upon the task, but average turnaround time is 3-4 days.
Q: What is pricing policy?
A: 50% on start of the project and 50% on delivery.
Q: What is your minimum price?
A: Minimum price for project is $500
Q: Do you provide after-sale support?
A: Yes. Small task will be free (for 3 months) and bigger task will be billed according to the scope of the task.
