Designer Scott Tusk has been creating some amazing icon and illustration work for Yelp, the local-search service we all know and love. If you’ve ever given iconography a shot, you probably know how challenging it is to find the perfect symbol to represent an idea. As an icon designer, Scott is constantly looking to improve his craft and these 9 Dribbble shots inspire him to do just that.
“This is a collection of icons from designers that not only inspire me but make the day-to-day grind and the push for improvement enjoyable. Seeing how refined fellow Dribbbler’s skills are motivates me to continue to improve and push my horizons as a designer. Personally, I feel these designers achieved so much character and delight while using a minimal approach, a single line weight, and in some cases a splash of color.”
