Hello, I'm Sreeja - a designer and user behavioral researcher hoping to further my career in the design space.

After two complete years of working as an architect in India where I focused on planning, designing and also managing the project from start to end, I moved to Germany. Not only did I switch continents, but I also used this opportunity to take a long-awaited leap into Innovation Design Management. I learned everyone has a story to tell, and it's important to be open to change and fresh ideas.

I found love for design and psychology and today I possess not only the expertise, skills and use of tools but also the added value of having transitioned from another disciple and the motivation to work on projects that shift the focus to a user-centered one.
