Biography
With over 7 years’ experience in Customer Service within various different industries, I understand customers’ needs and frustrations, and have a passion for problem solving and helping others. I have experience with customer journeys within different industries, including Cyber Security, Automotive and Travel and Tourism.
I have a diverse background that all centres around the customer experience. I have always been a creative person and UX Design is a way that I can combine my love for customer service, creativity and technology all at the same time!
I have studied with Career Foundry to apply my existing knowledge of user journeys and experiences and apply it to the design of web/mobile interfaces - I now have a strong understanding in UX/UI best practices and am ready to start my career in UX Design.
