Material design for mobile sign up flow

My first dribbble shot and also my first shot for 100 days Daily UI challenge.

I made more difficult conditions for me, every next day there will be a project for a new country (randomly selected). Today we have a project dedicated to the registration of tourists on the island of Mayotte. Mayotte is an overseas department and region of France officially named the Department of Mayotte. The official language is French.

This solution supports registration through a phone number with a confirmation of the phone number via OTP, and also allows to use a Facebook or Google accounts.
