LeaderSource - Logo Design

Refined logo direction for LeaderSource, a service which equip churches to build healthy (Christian) leaders.

My aim for these 3 simple dots are a continuous conversation of people sharing their experiences to educatie healthy (Christian) leaders. The dot that is highlighted should also refer to a leader or someone who is holding the mic. I kept things a little abstract because my client specifically asked me to not use any religious elements within the logo mark.
