LeaderSource - Identity Proposal 3

New logo concept direction for LeaderSource, a service which equip churches to build healthy (Christian) leaders.

My client asked me to not use any religious elements in this new direction and just aim at a strong mark/symbol which refer to leadership. The mark is very bold and abstract (minimal) and I'm currently not 100% sure if this has been done or not in this way.

Was still struggling to position the mark next to the typography but for now this felt as the best placement. Open to hear alternatives!
