Rice Paper — Phở

Rice Paper is a fun and creative restaurant that encourages the exploration of its diners. Ingredients are shown as portions of a "pie" to help a Vietnamese food newbie distinguish what their meal is made up of.

Next up, Phở. Phở is just one of many, many, MANY noodle soups in Vietnam. It's most often served with various meat parts (usually beef or chicken), bean sprouts, lime wedges, the essential greens (basil, mint, cilantro, and onions), and chili and/or fish sauce.

I'm still looking to jazz up the beef and the rice noodles. Any ideas?
