1608 Bistro!

Ladies and Gentlemen… I present to you, 1608 Bistro!

A modern asian-fusion inspired take on the classic lunch spot with a focus on new, fresh and bold flavors.

After putting in blood, sweat and tears we finally landed on something that worked. We took the first direction of last round and tweaked it just a bit. There was something there, but it was lacking. We sat down, hashed it out and figured out it was the weight of the mark overall. It was uneven, the type was to bulky and overpowered the mark as a whole. We tried slimming it down and it lost it's punch, so we decided to try bulking up the rest of the shape and BOOM. We had something.

Stoked to see this project finished and can't wait to see it in the wild! Though I still can't help but feel bummed it's over though… Oh well, on to the next!
