Dream Theme for Chrome v2 - WIP

Ok. So ....

After submitting the first version of this, I realized that the colors may look good to me, but not the visually impaired. Fixed my color palette slightly and got a better contrast score using the https://usecontrast.com/ Mac app. Thanks for the great app @MDS
