Dream Theme for Chrome - WIP

I'm doing some user interface practice for a Google Chrome browser theme, called Dream. Using neutral tones of blue to make the viewing experience a little easier on the eyes. Also, I'm not a big fan of the sharp corners on tabs, so I introduced more rounded corners for a smoother look.
