Krispy. Web platform for creating video campaigns for brands

Krispy is a web application for brands who want to create video advertising for themselves. The platform has two sides – the brand ambassadors who buy the ads and the creators who create them. The essence of the application is that it helps them connect with each other and simplifies communication since everything is within one platform.
This is an MVP version, so our budget was limited and therefore we decided to use a ready-made UI-Kit and focused more on user experience. This way we could save time creating the UI interface and implement user scenarios in more detail.
The most important flow for a product is the brand flow, since this part of the audience is more significant. So we spent most of our time on it.
One of the most difficult stages was working on the flow of creating the campaign. The brand needs to enter a lot of information at this stage and lay the foundation for future advertising, so at first, the flow looked complicated.
To solve this problem, we divided it into several parts (steps), which allowed us to provide information to the user in doses. We showed the user where he is now and how many steps he has left to complete. We optimized the number of fields to fill out so that users would not spend a lot of time and effort on it.
We also paid special attention to tips and various microelements. Due to this, we managed to make the flow even simpler and more understandable for users who are encountering this for the first time.
As for the creator’s flow, we decided to make only a mobile version at first. This is due to the fact that all videos are recorded from a phone and this will make it easier for creators to interact with the platform.
Now we have already launched the application, we are receiving feedback from the first users and are working on improving it. So follow us if you want to see how the product will change and develop further.
