2/2 Guest Center - Restaurant Dashboard
The french restauration and more generally the european market is divided in three different categories, there are starred restaurant like the Five, the four seasons hotel George V, Breweries with large capacities seats and small neighborhood restaurants with a capacity of less than 50 seats.
Market percentage :
5% | Luxurious restaurant, uses 100% of guest center tool, a seating map and advanced guest informations.
10% | Breweries, uses the seating map but don't need so much guest informations, just want to make volume bookings.
85% | Small neighborhood restaurants, those who have absolutely no need a seating map. They want to know how many reservation for the next service and the guests reviews.
So, I focused on the biggest market slice, small neighborhood restaurants and make this simple dashboard that regroups all needs.
