1/2 Guest center redesign - Seating map & booking detail
My last internship was in TheFork by TripAdvisor actually the european leader in restaurants bookings. I had the privilege to work with the ux team on the B2B software, TheFork Manager. During this time, I studied differences software around the world, and of course i started with the OpenTable Guest center, for me the most powerful tool for resolving seating map problems, the design is awesome, all the team and specially Chloe Park did a huge work. I would have loved to test it but i just saw some screenshot over the web. Anyway, i decided to work on it and try to rethink the functionalities by myself. For example, the payment system sent to guests.
This kind of guest center tool is based principally on seating map gestion can't work in the european market and specially in France. I will say why in the second Dribbble shot and I will propose a design solution.
