Problem: How can we enhance mobile and broadband offerings to better serve SME business owners?

Approach: Led by digital initiatives, we focused on proposition development and creating a converged buying journey.

Key Steps:

  • Customer Testing: Completed qualitative interviews with 6 SME business owners and received 17 survey responses to gain insights into their experiences.

  • Analysis and Affinity Mapping: Conducted a 3-day workshop identifying key themes: Work/Life Balance, Technology, and Short-term vs. Long-term Focus.

Next Steps: Quantitative research and continued customer testing to finalize bundle mechanics and explore subscription billing options for maximizing revenue growth.
