Problem: The business model faced challenges, necessitating a complete redesign of the value proposition due to a significant drop in customer acquisition.
Approach: 5-Day Sprint Process:
Day 1: Inspiration and target selection; completion of a Value Proposition Canvas.
Day 2: Ideation and sketching solutions; reviewed competitors and captured 'How Might We' statements.
Day 3: Solution ideation, dot voting, and storyboarding for the prototype.
Day 4: Building a realistic prototype focused on customer understanding of WeDo's offerings.
Day 5: Customer testing and feedback gathering.
Next Steps: Analyze feedback to refine the value proposition and improve the customer experience.
