What was the challenge?
We joined the challenge as a tech partner to work on the UX and UI of the mobile app. With a three month deadline and working with Design Sprints methodology, our work included 10 functionalities designs, including Sinister Reports, Quotation, Services Contracting, Appointment Schedule, and Car inspection 100% online, among others.

The solution
Along with us, La Caja could adjust and improve the design and usability of its app. The teamwork was key to validate each proposition, leading to feasible designs and aligned to the CRM and La Caja requirements.

The Team
For the app design, the Wolox's team made up of UX, UI and business professionals and specialists, with a Lead Design and a Team Manager to coordinate the work and efforts. The team worked integrated to La Caja's team the whole time, to ensure full product immersion.
