La Caja Seguros is the second largest insurance company in Argentina. It offers a wide variety of services with national coverage. La Caja has been working on implementing solutions to digitalize its processes and services, focusing on improving their user experience, including the launch of an online app for clients to manage their services.

Along with us, La Caja could adjust and improve the design and usability of its app. The teamwork was key to validate each proposition, leading to feasible designs and aligned to the CRM and its requirements.
