Me (in a nutshell);
I am an experienced, independently-minded, commercially aware UX Designer and am looking to make a bigger influence over the way companies think and act. I balance business priorities and design trade-offs and to lead thinking up to senior management levels. As the UX expert, my role involves creating all digital interfaces across all touch points using lean Agile. I am keen to push a process to invent, improve and iterate. To maintain UX standards, best practice and UX 'Design Systems' in all its guises across the teams I work with (and beyond).
