Hi,
I'm Rido, and yes, as you see in my job title, I'm a self-taught UI/UX Designer from Indonesia.
I started my career as an in-house Graphic Designer when I was in Senior High School. I help my colleagues design their PowerPoint presentations as one of the materials for their presentations.
In September 2017, I decided to focus on UI/UX Designer. I started learning UI/UX Design from some YouTube channels, online courses, and articles.
My experience came from participating in some contest-based platforms. From there, I learned how to solve real-life problems, not just for showcasing purposes.
By now, I've won 2 contests and chosen 18 times as one of the finalists. And one of the contest holders said:
"This was excellent. The designer was extremely responsive, interpreted instructions excellently, and generally has a clean eye and good design skills. I hope to find opportunities to work with this designer many more times in the future."
