I'm a product designer who helps businesses solve impactful problems through research and collaboration.
I'm passionate about design systems, user research and facilitating workshops and have a soft spot for UX writing (goodmicrocopy.com) and hand lettering (instagram.com/richardsison).
I'm currently a Lead UX Designer at WiseTech Global, a software company that's focused on changing the world of logistics one innovation at a time.
I've spoken at conferences (such as Web Directions, UX Australia and DrupalSouth), local meetups (such as Enterprise UX and Notion Australia) and lunch-and-learns at Roam Digital on topics like microcopy, design systems, user research, workshops and typography.
