I am a UI/UX designer for Princess Cruises and the Holland America Group where I actively lead the design process for internal development teams. I look to actively engage all representatives and adapt to the unique internal development processes of each team I work with at the company. Understanding the problem, designing with representatives of each discipline, and reviewing the solution is the approach I take when designing.
