Biography
Hey! I’m Oriol [uɾiˈɔl], a kind design lead with 15+ years of experience leading start-ups and teams to scale sustainably. I worked with successful E-Comm and SaaS, like: Typeform, Zalando, GetYourGuide, DriveNow, UrbanSportsClub, etc.
As designer, I help start-ups with product-led growth to maximize outcomes. I also lead product teams to optimize UX and partner with org-wide stakeholders for innovation. As manager, I help teams with kind leadership to help these thrive and grow, while I also lead design ops to amplify design impact at scale.
My leadership approach prioritizes people over patriarchal patterns in Tech, creating more kind, assertive, and inclusive team dynamics.
