Hello, I'm Max Zheng, a dedicated product designer driven by a passion for crafting digital experiences that not only delight customers but also make a positive impact on communities. My journey began in architecture, where I honed my skills locally and internationally. However, I felt a calling to create designs that resonate more deeply with individuals. This led me to transition into the digital realm.
Before specialising in product design, I spent a year in front-end web development. This experience equipped me with a solid understanding of technical capabilities and limitations, enabling me to push the boundaries of creativity effectively.
Over the past 5+ years, I've had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including public, telecommunications, and legal. Throughout this journey, I've immersed myself in the end-to-end design process, from conducting in-depth user research to crafting intuitive interface designs.
