I believe that a simple solution is often the best for a complex problem. However, anybody who works in design knows, that simple and easy are two very different things.
I am Lukas and solving problems is my passion*. It’s what gets me up in the morning and keeps me up at night — nothing gets me more excited than working on something I’ve never done before.
If you ask me, it all starts with the team — design sprints & double diamond are great, but you need to make sure you have the right team for the project and constraints. And then you need to keep your team motivated and ever-evolving.
