Biography
I am a VP of Design at Credo AI, an early stage startup that aims to ensure Artificial Intelligence is developed responsibly and is truly Human-Centered. With over 20 years of experience in UX design, user research, and product development, I lead the design team to deliver insights and solutions that address the ethical, social, and technical challenges of AI.
Before joining Credo AI, I built and led the global UX organization at Teradata, a 10K employee corporation that provides data analytics and cloud solutions. Previously I've led User Experience & Design teams at eBay, MicroStrategy, and Sears Holdings. I am passionate about fighting for user needs, listening to the voice of the customer, and creating usable, impactful, and responsible software products.
