As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I have had the privilege of working with several major companies, gaining a deep understanding of the entire process of identifying and meeting client needs to deliver exceptional user experiences. I also have extensive experience working in startups, where I have been involved from the early stages of pre-sales to post-sales, achieving high levels of customer success and generating income through yearly contracts.
I have contributed to the growth of startups in significant ways by conducting market research, understanding user needs and pain points, closely collaborating with developers and team leaders, and actively participating in marketing to better understand customers.
