Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with expertise in design systems, prototyping, and enterprise application design, along with agency and startup experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, someone who can architect scalable design systems, build high-fidelity prototypes, and navigate the complexities of enterprise workflows.

As a key member of our design team, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences. You’ll need to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing structured processes from agency work with the agility required in startups.

We are seeking a LATAM-based designer who can collaborate in US time zones for seamless communication with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products.

- Collaborate with engineers to implement and refine component libraries.

- Advocate for design system best practices within the organization.

- Design and iterate on complex, data-driven enterprise applications with multiple user personas and intricate workflows.

- Simplify complex processes to improve usability and engagement.

- Apply UX heuristics, accessibility principles (WCAG), and information architecture best practices to enhance enterprise software usability.

- Build and test interactive prototypes to validate ideas and enhance user experience.

- Leverage user research, usability testing, and data analytics to inform design decisions.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

- Clearly communicate design rationale and strategy, adapting to technical and business constraints.

- Thrive in fast-paced startup environments, balancing rapid iteration with high-quality execution.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on design systems, prototyping, and enterprise applications.

- Required: Agency and startup experience – must have worked in both environments and be comfortable with their unique challenges.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design systems work, enterprise application design, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced component libraries and prototyping features.

- Expertise in component-based design, information architecture, and usability best practices.

- Ability to design for complex, multi-step workflows within SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare, or fintech products.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
