Role Overview
The Senior Web & Brand Designer will lead brand development and web design initiatives. With consistent, high-quality performance, you’ll transition to a Creative/Art Director role within 6–12 months, overseeing the entire brand and web vision for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership
Develop cohesive brand identities—logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
Shape photography, illustration, iconography, and supporting collateral so everything feels consistent and purposeful.

Web Design Excellence
Create user-centric website layouts, from wireframes through pixel-perfect mockups.
Integrate user-flow insights unique to B2B SaaS (longer sales cycles, diverse buyer personas).
Ensure designs meet AA-level accessibility standards and are thoroughly tested on key devices.

Team Coordination & Mentorship
Provide constructive feedback to junior designers, animators, and illustrators, encouraging clear communication and seamless teamwork.
Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and product teams—fostering end-to-end project visibility.
Champion best practices in organization and file management, ensuring your team’s work is always easy to hand off and iterate on.
Work collaboratively with our motion designers, illustrators, graphic designers and other collaborators.

Strategic SaaS Thinking
Balance brand storytelling with the practical needs of B2B audiences (whitepapers, lead funnels, multi-touchpoint marketing).
Present design concepts to both internal leadership and client stakeholders, translating feedback into actionable design improvements.
Advocate for iterative testing, user feedback, and real-world data to sharpen your design rationale.
Qualifications We Value
5+ years of experience in brand or web design, ideally with B2B SaaS or similarly complex digital products.
Strong record of ownership and consistency in delivering large-scale and small scale design projects.
Familiarity with Figma and Framer (or willingness to quickly learn Framer).
Confident with HTML/CSS fundamentals (bonus if you can collaborate closely with developers on more technical aspects).
Excellent communication & presentation skills, with a proven ability to champion design decisions and maintain brand coherence.
Demonstrated leadership ability, from mentoring junior designers to managing stakeholder feedback.
