Lead Product Designer (Web3)

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally hands-on Lead Product Designer with a deep background in designing digital products for the Web3 space. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving the entire product design process—from ideation and conceptualization through to high-fidelity prototypes and final execution—ensuring that our innovative Web3 products not only look outstanding but also deliver seamless, engaging user experiences.
As the key design leader, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape our product strategy and design solutions that address complex user needs. Your proven expertise in Web3 technologies, coupled with your hands-on design skills, will enable you to lead and inspire a team of designers while directly contributing to the creative process.
In the first 6 months you will
Work on some of the most exciting products in web3, from applications, interactive storytelling products, wallet technology and more.
Product Design Leadership & Execution
Lead end-to-end product design for Web3 applications, from initial concept through to final visual delivery.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs that communicate innovative user experiences and technical functionality.
Be actively involved in hands-on design work, setting the bar for quality and creativity in every project.
Web3 Expertise & Innovation
Leverage your in-depth understanding of blockchain, decentralized technologies, and crypto ecosystems to design products that meet the unique needs of Web3 users.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the Web3 space, integrating new technologies and design patterns into your work.
Collaborative Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design solutions that align with strategic goals.
Facilitate design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user research initiatives to drive data-informed design decisions.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and creative excellence.
Build, refine, and scale design processes and workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
Quality Assurance & Iterative Improvement
Oversee the quality of design deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and technical feasibility.
Iterate on designs based on user testing, feedback, and data analytics, continually enhancing the overall user experience.
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future of Superduper products.

Balance the speed, quality, and consistency of design with thoughtful consideration to design versioning to deliver user value with every build.
Must haves
7+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise—particularly within the Web3, blockchain, or crypto space.
Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools; experience with animation or interactive prototyping tools is a plus.
Proven track record in leading and executing complex product design projects from concept to delivery.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, with the ability to balance strategic design leadership with hands-on creative execution.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
A team player with a product management mindset, capable of wearing multiple hats, and can bring teams together to solve problems.
Track record of creating seamless customer journeys using design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
Experience deconstructing complex design challenges and transforming them into simple, intuitive solutions, both directly and through a team.
Inspiring portfolio that demonstrates experience managing design processes, design projects, supporting design systems, working through complex user flows, and shipping products that are functional, intuitive, and visually compelling.
Gaming, social, or media experience is a major plus.
