Middle UX/UI Designer

Phenomenon Studio is looking for a talented and organized full-time Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team of professionals and be ready to work and constantly develop.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
Experience in UX research
Up-to-date visuals in the portfolio, understanding of market trends
Ability to create a design that meets the client's needs
High level of mastery of Figma
Ability to form your layouts according to general best practices for transferring them to development
Ability to present and argue your decisions in English

Responsibilities:

Work on products, promo websites, and landing pages
Work on internal projects in our studio
Conducting basic UX research
Presentation and argumentation of one's design decisions
Interacting with a team of professional 3D artists, motion designers, and developers to achieve the best results

It will be a plus if you:

You have experience working with design systems
You have skills in working with web analytics
You know how to work with Webflow, Framer, Flutter, and other No-code tools
