Position Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of graphic design experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an agency or fashion environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency in multi-channel design, including but not limited to email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media content.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the capability to adapt designs across various brands and platforms.
- Familiarity with project management software, particularly Asana, for effective management and prioritization of multiple projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling, contemporary designs for a range of channels, ensuring adherence to brand consistency while maintaining each brand's unique identity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend project requirements and produce innovative design solutions.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on the quality of output.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

- Demonstrated experience in omni-channel design with a varied portfolio.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective articulation of design concepts and teamwork.
- Ability to excel in a rapid, dynamic work environment and adjust to changing project demands.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
Desirable Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in creating engaging, conversion-oriented designs for e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, particularly for email design, is a plus.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.
- Keen awareness of industry trends and a dedication to ongoing learning and development.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with the capacity to work autonomously.
Note:
This role is based in New York City and requires in-office attendance for a minimum of four days per week. Remote employment will be considered for exceptional candidates.
