BALLGAME UI/UX DESIGNER

We're building an interactive platform that blends elements of free-to-play sports prediction with a sweepstake-style model, this is a social gaming-style project, initially, centred around the NBA.

We seek an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centred design principles and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our goals.

Responsibilities

Design & Prototype: Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate intuitive user flows and visual design.

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, analyze findings, and implement insights to improve design decisions. Lead usability testing to gather feedback.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project objectives.

Create Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints.

Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously refine and elevate our user experiences.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design , preferably within a tech or digital product environment.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects, with a focus on responsive and adaptive design.

Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar), familiarity with prototyping tools, and an understanding of HTML/CSS.

User-Centric Approach: Ability to create and improve user flows based on research and usability testing.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate design decisions and their rationale.

Bonus: Knowledge of animation, interaction design, or front-end development is a plus.
