Graphic Designer
Your role on the team:
As a Graphic Designer, you will champion Frontline Education’s brand through creative leadership and extraordinary design. This role reports to the Creative Manager within our amazing in-house Marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, ambitious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to increase design productivity without sacrificing brand consistency or timeliness. You bring an uncanny ability to translate business needs into engaging visual experiences for our clients, which includes K – 12 education leaders, as we strive to engage our target market through captivating brand experiences.
You can expect to:
Design web layouts and templates for maximum usability and focus on great UX
Effectively visually communicate marketing messages from our Solution Marketing Team, whether by efficient use of existing print, email, and web design templates and resources, or original design and development.
Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a range of digital and print projects, including websites, digital ads, social media campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate within Marketing (especially Solution Marketing and Digital Marketing), and with cross-functional teams outside of Marketing, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Maintain visual brand consistency
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
What you bring to the role:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially designing for web and digital.
Bachelor’s degree in a related Design or UX field, or equivalent work experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Proficiency in WordPress
Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 preferred
Working knowledge of deployment/build processes and code repositories a plus
Understanding of usability principles and responsive development
Openness to new perspectives, ideas and feedback
Ability to execute on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong time management skills
Passion for design and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest design trends and techniques.
