A Designer's Day In The Life

  • Internally own, maintain, and evolve OpusClip's brand

  • Translate complex concepts into compelling visual assets across touchpoints, including websites, graphics, UI, emails, and social ads.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand execution

  • Manage projects ranging from simple requests to complex marketing initiatives

  • Stay ahead of trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate the brand

  • Produce production-ready assets using Adobe Suite or Figma

  • Utilize Lark for internal communication, file delivery, and project management

You Will Thrive In This Role If

  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing for tech

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, impactful work across digital and web-based projects

  • Expertise in translating complex ideas into visually appealing assets

  • Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills

  • Effective collaboration and communication, working well with an international team

  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Attention to detail in grasping multiple design requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Takes initiative, thinks independently, and has a passion for impactful design

  • Experience facilitating creative workshops and presenting to senior leadership

  • Understanding of current design trends and best practices

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and generative AI for innovative assets

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Passion for social video editing is a plus
