I've worked at 2 agencies, 2 startups, and 2 universities (and much more). I'm nearing a decade working with a product agency called RevUnit.
I have designed hundreds of projects, led teams of teams, conducted numerous trainings, and refined a multitude of processes for a broad range of companies. I have experience with 60+ enterprise and startup customers across many industries including retail, data, supply chain, and hospitality. I have a passion for excellence in design, rapid prototyping, and customer experience. I pride myself in balancing process-oriented and systems-minded design with creative execution and problem solving. Finally, I care deeply about the teams I lead and enjoy coaching and fostering each person's potential.
