Two decades of experience in initiating and managing creative and strategic projects to develop the business and drive growth through a great customer experience.

My projects range from knowledge-based customer research, idea generation and concept development with design thinking, development of information architectures, prototyping and usability testing and subsequent validation after market and release introduction.

The realized projects range from offline, online, web and mobile apps to websites for advertising purposes and application development in the enterprise area.

I worked with great crossfunctional teams, some of which I led as UX-Lead. My areas of expertise are: Customer experience, user-centered design, information architectures, experience design, innovation, intuitive and user-friendly product design, human resource management and team leadership.
