People don't always know what they want or need, but when they have a product or service that resonates with them, they'll go out of their way to have those positive interactions again and again.

My job is to observe and understand peoples' underlying desires and true behaviours to shave off  unnecessary processes, products and features that you may think make them look appealing but really are pushing people away.

In a way, a UX designer is mediator between a business and its users they try to hear both sides of the story and come to a conclusion that benefits both parties.
