As the Chief Design Officer and Co-founder of Interactive Design, I lead a team of creative and talented designers who create engaging and immersive digital experiences for various clients. I have over 8 years of experience in design industry, and I am an expert in using Figma, a software that enables collaborative and responsive design. I also have strong mentoring and analytical skills, which help me guide and support my team members, as well as measure and improve the impact and quality of our work. Before co-founding Interactive Design, I was a team lead and product owner at POA Network, a blockchain platform that offers scalability and interoperability solutions. There, I managed a remote team of developers and designers, and oversaw the development and launch of several innovative products and features. I'm passionate about finding best practices in design, and I constantly seek new ways to learn, experiment, and innovate in this field.
